Hello, everyone !
I'm a long-used HP calculators developper, however I've just discovered this interesting forum.
I'd like to know what you think of surfing the internet using a HP48G/G+/GX or HP49G or even HP49G+ calculator.
It is indeed possible thanks to hp->modem connection, or with ip-masquerading under linux, in that case the linux box acts as a relay between the HP calculator (49G+ for instance) and internet.
Then, we install a TCP/IP library, that handles the internet connection, called Usinagaz.
You can visit
http://www.hp-sources.com/internetprime/english.html
for more information (there are a web browser called Navigator, a mail client "Mail Prime", an IRC client, and some other tools).
Best regards,
Yoann Désir.
