Hi all.

Since the HP-67 is built on Woodstock technology, shouldn't it be labeled part of the Woostock family instead of Classic lineage?

Just wondering.

No Woodstock was in the 1960s and in New York. Not applicable here.

Your observation is entirely correct, but tradition plants it firmly in the Classics series. I guess the packaging is deemed more decisive than the innards in this respect.

And it does bear a family resemblance to the 65 so, yeah, I'll honour tradition and promote it to the Classic lineage.

The same question could be raised much more so for the HP-19C. It's a Sting model even though its core is the same as the HP-29C Woodstock.

It's what the machine looks like...an HP-67 looks a lot more Classic than it does Woodstock.
