Hi, all.

I tried to find a reference to the book below at the MoHPC CD contents and found none.

I found and bought it at a Brazilian used books seller and I want to share its contents with Dave, but I would like to know if it can be done. The copyright is dated 1982, OSBORNE/McGraw Hill. I'll wait till Dave tells it is OK to scan.

Unfortunately, I tried and failed to get permission to scan that book years ago.
