Full Version: 30B TVM slightly different results

Has anyone noticed that the 30B is about a penny or two different in payment results for a typical 100k loan?

12C, 10B, 27S/17Bii, 48G all give identical results, different from 30B.

There are several complaints about that bug on HP's own calculator forum at http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/Calculators/bd-p/bsc-408

Hello bill,

I can't confirm your results. My HP 30b shows same results like my HP 50g and they are the same like your HP 48G and HP 12c shows.

Maybe there is a slight amount in the FV store place after an calculation, so try to input a zero in FV before you perform the comparing calculations.

Sincerely
peacecalc

THANKS!

Now I feel compltely STUPID!

There was "12" in the FV register.

D'oh!
