This time it's an HP32S, at this URL:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1363013507

The twists are:

  • - the auction only lasts two more days, so it will be
over before Dave contacts the seller and ask for
    removal

  • - the seller includes the following text in "Payment
    Instructions":

    "Photo taken 6/27/2002"

I guess he/she should say: "Photo stolen 6/27/2002

Dave, in my very humble opinion, either you really
make them regret stoling your images on the first place,
or else this will get more unmanageable in the near future.
It's not only that they are using your images without
permission, there's also the fact that the bidder is
made to believe it's an actual pic of the actual item
being sold, which it is not.

It looks like they even tried some touch up(wipe out) work of the MoHPC mark in the bottom left corner also.

When I looked at the auction just now, he had added a line with a link to a picture of the "actual item" "taken 6-27-2002" and there is another picture there, not as sharp and the unit is somewhat dusty looking. He says the picture in the auction listing itself is a "stock photo"! representing the condition of the "actual item".
