David helped with documentation on the buffer functions in ICEBOX, and I have now finally gotten around to include this in an updated manual.

Hi Geir, I was perusing your updated ICEBOX manual, and I noticed your buffer table still doesn't list the Complex Stack buffer, id#=8 :)
