Do the keyboards of Pioneer series go bad with age? Is it possible to use a Pioneer series calculator on a regular basis and slowly cause unwanted wear/damage to the keyboard without knowing it? One thing I notice is that sometimes the metal layer holding down the various keyboard components gets warped, causing malfunctioning keys. Can this happen naturally? Or is it usually the result of accidents?

Also, does anyone have tips on how to restore the keyboards without disassembling the keyboard layer? I've heard of ultrasound cleaners, but what about those of us who do not have access to one? I remember a few posts back (as in a year or two ago, perhaps?) on this subject, but was unable to find it via search.

Thanks ahead of time,
Han
