Flag view and edit tool

Usage:

The menu shows the status of the flags:
0 stands for Flag reset.
1 stands for Flag set.
Pressing a menu key will change the flag setting.

[Arrow-up] - Move to previous 6 flags.
[Arrow-down] - Move to next 6 flags.
[Exit] - Exit the program.

Limitation: It is not possible to set flag 30.
