Solver program for handling a LM317 Voltage Regulator.

Vout = Vref (1+ R2/R2) + Iadj x R2

Usualy R2< 1k so the error term Iadj x R2 can be neglected.
Vref = 1.25 V

Vout = 1.25 (1+R2/R1)

Usage:

Start the solver and select “317”

Fill in the known values and solve for the unknown value.
